Jenn Saetang joined SWAT Services in August 2025 as a Customer Service Specialist. As the newest voice customers will hear on the phone, Jenn is responsible for scheduling appointments, assisting with general service inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and friendly experience for every caller. Although new to the termite and pest control industry, Jenn is a quick and enthusiastic learner, eager to master the details of SWAT’s comprehensive service offerings.
